Place an order
Ordering products in our webshop is simple and fast. Follow the steps below:
- Select the desired products and add them to your shopping cart by clicking the 'Add to cart' button.
- Go to your shopping cart by clicking on the shopping cart at the top right and then select 'View shopping cart' or 'Checkout'.
- Follow the indicated steps to complete your order.
At Online Laptop Shop we offer different payment methods, so you can choose what suits you best:
iDeal: Secure payment through your own bank.
Bank transfer: You can manually transfer the amount to our bank account.
Credit card: Pay securely with your credit card for a hassle-free transaction.
Paypal: Use your Paypal account to pay quickly and securely.
AfterPay: Pay your purchase later with the handy AfterPay option.
You will always receive an invoice with your order. This invoice is sent by e-mail and contains all the necessary information for your administration.
Shipment of your package
When the ordered items are in stock, we aim to ship your package quickly. Here are the main points regarding shipping:
- For items ordered on working days (Monday to Friday) before 3pm, we aim to ship them to you the same working day .
- The packages are sent via PostNL.
- You must identify yourself when picking up at a PostNL point.
- You will receive a tracking number from us with which you can track the progress of your package online.
The shipping costs include handling, packaging and postage. Here are the shipping options and costs:
- Free shipping within the Netherlands for laptops
- €7.50 shipping costs for international shipping of laptops
- €7.50 shipping costs within the Netherlands for purchases other than laptops under €100
- €15.00 shipping costs for international shipping for purchases other than laptops under €100
- €7.50 shipping costs for international shipping for purchases other than laptops over €100
- No shipping costs when picking up from our store

Returns or defects
If you choose to return your order or if there are defective products, please follow the guidelines below:

- Make sure the products are in original condition, including all accessories and accessories.
- Pack the products securely to prevent damage during return transport.
- Return the products to the specified return address.
- Please contact our helpdesk immediately if you have received a defective product.
- Our employees will guide you through the process of warranty handling and repair.
