  • What is Refurbished?
  • Refurbished means that the product has been thoroughly checked, cleaned and tested extensively. If necessary, we replace parts and carry out repairs. Only when the computer or laptop meets our strict quality standards will it be offered for sale again. Otherwise, the device will be recycled for parts

  • Is the quality of a refurbished laptop less?
  • Our laptops mainly come from ex-lease contracts of large companies. We buy these laptops, we check these laptops extensively and ensure that these laptops can last for a long time.

  • Why is a refurbished laptop so affordable at OnlineLaptopShop?
  • We buy large batches of laptops, which means that the prices are very favorable without compromising on quality. We check our laptops one by one and if parts need to be replaced, we do that in our own workshop. Because we only work with A-brands, we provide a 12-month warranty on the hardware.

  • How long will it take for my laptop to arrive?
  • Orders that we receive on working days before 3 p.m. will be shipped the same day with PostNL. You will receive a track & trace number from us so that you can track your package. Orders received after 3 p.m. will be shipped the next working day at the latest.

  • Place order and pay
  • You can easily place your order on our site: www.onlinelaptopshop.nl. You click on one or more articles and then click on the 'shopping cart' button. You will then automatically be taken to the checkout page where you can enter your address details. Then choose your preferred payment method. You can pay via iDeal – PayPal – Credit card (Mastercard / Visa) – Apple pay – ING Home'pay – KBC/CVC Payment Button. If you prefer to transfer the amount to us, please contact us. This is of course also possible. If your payment is received before 3 pm (on working days), we will ship your item(s) the same day with PostNL. You will receive your track & trace number from us by email.

    Orders above €100.- are shipped for free. For orders under this amount we charge € 7.50 postage costs within the Netherlands and for shipments outside the Netherlands we charge € 15.—postage costs.

  • My package arrived damaged. What now?
  • We pack all products with great care so that the risk of damage is very small. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged package, please report this immediately to the courier and sign off with reservation. If you notice that there is also damage to the product after opening the package, please contact us within 24 hours. We will ensure that it is resolved as soon as possible.

  • What does your 1 year warranty entail?
  • Our products undergo extensive testing before they are delivered. As a result, we offer a written warranty of up to 12 months on all our computers. This also applies to adapters and batteries.

    Please note that the warranty does not cover water damage, drop damage, shipping costs or other forms of self-inflicted damage or wear and tear to the product. If during our investigation it appears that the defect or defect is caused by a virus, illegal or incorrect software installation, (legal) warranty is also excluded.

    If there is something wrong with the laptop you purchased outside the warranty period, do not hesitate to contact us. We will always do our best to find a suitable solution.
