Right of withdrawal

1.1 You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the product.

1.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, in writing, by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the model withdrawal form available on our website for this, but you are not obliged to do so.

1.3 To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Return procedure

2.1 If you wish to make use of your right of withdrawal, you must return the product to us within 14 days after notification of the withdrawal or hand it over to us at the return address below. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in new condition, including all accessories and accompanying documentation.

2.2 The direct costs of returning the product are for your account, unless agreed otherwise.

2.3 We recommend that you pack the product properly and send it via a trackable shipping method to avoid loss or damage in transit.

3.1 If you revoke the agreement and the product has been received in accordance with the return conditions, we will refund all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), refund within 14 days after receipt of the returned product.

3.2 The refund will be made using the same means of payment with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, no costs will be charged for the refund.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Service agreements, after full performance of the service, and only when the performance has begun with the explicit prior consent of the consumer and the consumer has declared that he will lose his right of withdrawal as soon as the entrepreneur has fully performed the agreement.
• Goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market, over which the supplier has no influence and which may occur within the withdrawal period.
