Submit a complaint

Confirmation of receival

After receiving your complaint, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail. This states that your complaint has been received and is being processed.

Handling the complaint

Our customer service will carefully investigate your complaint and strive for a quick and appropriate solution. We will contact you to request any additional information necessary to assess your complaint.

Communication and solution

We will provide you with a substantive response within 7 days of receiving your complaint. If it is necessary to take more time for the investigation, we will inform you of this and indicate when you can expect a more detailed response. We strive to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction.

Disputes Committee

If you are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint, you can contact the disputes committee of Stichting Webshop Keurmerk, to which we are affiliated. They will independently assess the complaint and try to find a suitable solution.
